Taylor Swift's boots were made for walking all over the red carpet of the 2019 American Music Awards -- and this isn't the first time she's busted out some over-the-knee footwear for this particular ceremony.
In 2018, Swift donned a disco ball-esque creation complete with matching thigh-high boots for the AMAs, and pulled on another pair for her performance of "I Did Something Bad" that night. This year, she went for a more understated twist on a familiar ensemble, and worked some color into the mix as well: a sleek, black boot flashed in the slit of her hunter green evening gown, which sparkled thanks to some dazzling beadwork.
Swift -- who holds the title for the most-decorated female artist in AMA history -- will perform, and receice the honor of artist of the decade, at the ceremony tonight (Nov. 24). She's nominated for artist of the year, favorite music video (for "You Need To Calm Down"), favorite female artist - pop/rock, favorite album - pop/rock (Lover) and favorite artist - adult contemporary.
